The Stadt Chalet Apartment 12 is one of three large duplex apartments on the second floor and in the attic for 4–5 guests. Like most of the apartment, the first bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen TV is also on the second floor. From here, you can also access the north-facing balcony, which offers a truly fantastic view over the town all the way up to the Wurmberg.

The combined living and dining area is semi-open to the generously designed and fully equipped kitchen. In the former, you’ll find not only a comfortable sofa bed but also a large dining table with chairs for shared meals and access to the balcony.

On the same floor is also the larger of the two bathrooms, featuring a toilet and a rain shower. This holiday apartment is the only one that also has a sauna with a window and a view of Braunlage.

Inside the apartment, stairs lead up to the attic level, where the second bedroom is located, also equipped with a box-spring double bed and its own flat-screen TV. From this bedroom, there is a second, smaller bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and seated shower.

City Chalet Apartment 13 is located on the 2nd floor and attic level and, with 84 m², offers space for 4-5 people. For example, it provides a wonderful view from the balcony up to the summit of the nearby Wurmberg. The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs, which are located on the 2nd floor and in the attic.

Likewise, a designer bathroom is located on each of the two floors. The larger one, with a rain shower and an adjoining sauna cabin, is on the 2nd floor; the second, smaller one is accessible from the bedroom upstairs in the attic.

The spacious living area with a seating group and dining table is directly connected to the semi-open, fully equipped kitchen and also offers access to the apartment’s private balcony. This open-plan design creates an almost organic flow and a truly cozy atmosphere.

The special feature: Apartment 13 can not only accommodate a fifth person with the help of the sofa bed but can also be combined with the directly adjoining Apartment 14 via a small, shared hallway to form a larger living unit for a total of 8-10 people. This combination is also noticeable on the balconies, as they can also be connected. This option is ideal for families and groups who do not want to forgo the luxury of space and freedom during their shared holiday in the Harz.

As the largest apartment in the City Chalet, the maisonette apartment 14, with its 102 m², offers more than enough space for 4-5 people. Sleeping arrangements include double beds in the two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

The semi-open kitchen-diner with a dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, and dining area creates a truly pleasant ambiance for preparing meals and enjoying them afterwards.

From the living room, you can access the generously sized balcony with a magnificent view of the town and the surrounding mountains.
