Stadt Chalet Apartment 01 is located on the ground floor and measures 59 m². It features a bedroom with its own flat-screen TV and accommodates 2-3 guests (an extra bed is available via the sofa bed in the living room).

The combined living and dining room offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchenette.

The designer bathroom features a beautiful rain shower; a private sauna is available for the perfect end to an eventful day.

In the basement of the main building, guests of the vacation apartment have access to two communal rooms for ski storage and washing/drying. The former can also be used to store private bicycles/mountain bikes dry and securely after excursions and tours around Braunlage.

Stadt Chalet Apartment 02 is located on the ground floor and offers more than enough space for 2-3 guests with its 72 m² (bedroom with double bed and extra bed available via the sofa bed in the living room).

The combined living and dining area is a comfortable place to spend time even on rainy days. The flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom guarantee good entertainment; the fully equipped kitchenette provides ideal conditions for preparing delicious meals.

The designer bathroom with rain shower also includes a private sauna.

Special feature: Apartment 02 can be combined with the directly adjacent Apartment 03 via a small shared connecting hallway to form a larger unit for 4-6 guests.

Stadt Chalet Apartment 03, with its 65 m² on the ground floor, offers enough space for 2-3 guests for a relaxing stay. The bedroom features a double bed and its own flat-screen TV; an extra bed via the sofa bed in the living room is possible at any time.

The combined living and dining area invites you to linger, making even bad-weather days easy to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare even larger meals without much effort. High-quality brand-name appliances are reliable kitchen helpers.

The designer bathroom features not only the rain shower but also access to the apartment’s own sauna, which is very easy to operate.

Special feature: Apartment 03 can be combined with the directly adjacent Apartment 02 via a small shared connecting hallway to form a larger unit for 4-6 guests. A vacation apartment of this size is especially popular in the Harz region.

Stadt Chalet Apartment 04, at a total of 74 m², is the largest of our small apartments for 2-3 guests. In the bedroom with double bed and its own flat-screen TV, you can not only fall asleep easily but also sleep in comfortably.

For a third guest, the sofa bed in the living room can be prepared without any trouble.

Through a small entryway for the wardrobe, you enter the combined living and dining area of the vacation apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. The designer bathroom is divided into a sanitary area with rain shower and a spacious sauna cabin, for which a selection of aromatic infusions is provided.

From the other side of the building, you can reach the communal rooms in the basement. A ski room with wall panels and benches can be found there, as well as a washing and drying room. Both can be used free of charge by guests of the vacation apartment.

Stadt Chalet Apartment 08, at 64 m², is one of our most popular vacation apartments for 2-3 guests. This is probably due in part to its location on the first upper floor with a wonderful view over the town of Braunlage all the way up to the Wurmberg.

The vacation apartment with a double bed and its own flat-screen TV in the bedroom can also be used by three guests thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. In the combined living and dining area, you can prepare and enjoy not only small snacks in between, but also multi-course meals when you want something special on vacation. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine ensures that this is possible even on vacation.

Like all the others, this apartment also features a stylish designer bathroom with toilet, rain shower, and private sauna.

Stadt Chalet Apartment 11 for 2-3 guests is located on the first upper floor and measures 59 m². A particular highlight of this apartment is the separate balcony, which is the only one facing south, toward the front of the Stadt Chalet.

In the bedroom with a box-spring double bed and flat-screen TV, you can fall asleep and sleep in wonderfully. From there, you also have direct access to the balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, to greet the day and perhaps even enjoy your breakfast there. In the combined living and dining room, you will find, in addition to the comfortable sofa bed for a possible extra bed, a flat-screen TV, the dining area, and a generously sized, fully equipped kitchenette.

The apartment is completed by the stylish designer bathroom with toilet, rain shower, and private sauna. For this sauna integrated into the vacation apartment, a selection of exquisite infusions is also available for your individual sauna enjoyment.
