City Chalet Apt. 09
The City Chalet Apartment 09, with its 65 m², is ideally suited for 3-4 people. It is located on the 1st floor, and from the balcony, you can enjoy a great view over Braunlage up to the Wurmberg mountain.
The holiday apartment features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a single bed – both with their own flat-screen TV. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed is also available, which can be prepared for a fourth person. The open-plan design directly connects the dining area and the fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine.
A designer bathroom with a toilet, rain shower, and private sauna completes the upscale amenities of this holiday apartment. It’s perfect not only for a short break but also maintains high living comfort for longer stays.
The special feature: Apartment 09 can be combined with the directly adjoining Apartment 10 via a small, shared hallway to form a larger living unit for 7-9 people. And the balconies can also be connected thanks to an integrated gate.

The City Chalet Apartment 10 on the 1st floor has a size of 84 m² and is suitable for 4-5 people. From the north-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the town up to the Wurmberg summit.
Both bedrooms each have double beds and their own flat-screen TVs. For a fifth person, an additional bed can be provided on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room if needed. This, together with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchenette, forms a large, open living space, ideal for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. This creates a communal atmosphere, even when everyone is busy with something different.
The designer bathroom belonging to the apartment features a toilet, a rain shower, and a private sauna with a selection of exquisite infusions.
The special feature: Apartment 10 can be combined with the directly adjoining Apartment 09 via a small, shared hallway to form a larger living unit. And a connecting door is also installed between the balconies, so you can briefly “visit” each other. This is ideally suited for family and group holidays of 7-9 people.
