Stadt Chalet Apartment 05 has a size of 46 m² and is the first of three small maisonette apartments for 2-3 people each. The bedroom with double bed and its own flat-screen TV is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a (relatively steep!) internal staircase.

If needed, an extra bed can be provided using the sofa bed in the living room.

On the ground floor, in addition to the living and dining area, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchenette. The open-plan design allows cooking and dining “across the counter” in a communal atmosphere.

From the living room you can also access the small private terrace with bistro table and chairs.

The designer bathroom with WC and rain shower also provides access to the apartment’s own sauna cabin, where a selection of aromatic infusions is available.

At 50 m², Stadt Chalet Apartment 06 is the largest of our small maisonette apartments for 2-3 people each. Here too, the bedroom with double bed and its own flat-screen TV is located on the upper floor, which can be reached via a (relatively steep!) internal staircase.

In the living room, as in all Stadt Chalet apartments, there is a comfortable couch which can be converted into a sofa bed with its own mattress if needed. Integrated into the open-plan living room is the dining area, which is also located directly next to the fully equipped kitchenette. This room combination creates a freer living and sense of well-being without many doors and walls.

From the vacation apartment you can access a small private terrace with bistro table and chairs. Separated on the ground floor of the vacation apartment is only the designer bathroom with WC, rain shower and connected private sauna. Here you can warm up properly with wonderfully fragrant infusions during the cold season and take a deep breath.

Stadt Chalet Apartment 07 is the third of a total of three stylishly furnished maisonette apartments. The 48 m² apartment has two floors – with a bedroom on the upper floor accessible via a steep staircase – and offers space for 2 to 3 people. An additional sleeping option can be provided for the third person on the sofa on the ground floor.

The combined living and dining room offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchenette. From the vacation apartment you can access a small private terrace with bistro table and chairs.

Rain shower and sauna are available in the designer bathroom. A selection of different infusions adds special comfort to your sauna experience.

In the basement of the main building, two communal rooms are available for vacation apartment guests for ski storage and washing/drying. In the former, private bicycles/mountain bikes can also be stored dry and safely after excursions and tours around Braunlage.
